Reducing our carbon footprint

Delivering dental care to care homes and people's homes involves a lot of mileage. In an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint, Dental Comfort has invested in an electric car so that majority of our mileage is conducted in an environmentally friendly manner.

It feels good to be able to deliver dental care whilst reducing our carbon footprint. We take inspiration from companies like Amazon who also made the conscious decision to help the environment by delivering customer packages using their fleet of electric vans.

The environmental benefits compound when dental care is delivered at scale to nursing homes. Such a service reduces the need for thousands of patients from using transportation to reach a dental surgery. The net mileage (carbon footprint) reduces significantly when dental care is delivered to care home settings.
